Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Elite RE Genius (the "Service"), provided by Elite RE Genius ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

  • 14-day free trial. Every signup includes a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. A valid payment method is required at signup.
  • Automatic billing. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Elite RE Genius™ subscription begins automatically at $200/month, billed monthly in advance via Stripe, and you retain full access. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and access is locked at trial expiry. Your account, saved properties, reports, and CRM data are retained either way.
  • Promo codes from authorized agents or partners may be applied at signup for extended trial terms.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
  • Refunds. Refund requests for the most recent charge may be submitted from your Billing page and are reviewed case-by-case. Renewals after the first paid period are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service.
  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.
  • Abuse the AI features to generate harmful or illegal content.

5. Investment Disclaimer

Elite RE Genius provides software tools and AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. We are not a licensed real estate broker, financial advisor, attorney, or tax professional. Nothing in the Service constitutes investment advice. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult qualified professionals.

6. Third-Party Data

Property data is sourced from third parties (e.g., RentCast) and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We make no warranty as to its accuracy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, trademarks ("Elite RE Genius™", "Property DNA™", "CityBrain™", "Deal Hunter™", "LandGenius™", "Investor Copilot™"), is our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are domiciled.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
