Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Elite RE Genius account and all associated data. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.

Option 1: Delete directly in the app

1. Sign in to the Elite RE Genius app.
2. Go to Account → Security (or the Settings menu).
3. Scroll to the Delete account section.
4. Type DELETE to confirm and tap Permanently delete my account.

This immediately removes your profile, saved properties, reports, team memberships, and all personal data from our systems.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us and we will process your request within 30 days.

• Include the email address associated with your account.

What data is deleted

• Account profile (name, email, avatar)
• Saved properties and reports
• Team memberships and invites
• Usage history and analytics tied to your user ID
• Subscription and billing records (kept only as required by law)

What data is retained

We retain minimal transaction records required for tax and legal compliance. These records are anonymized and no longer linked to your personal identity.
