Elite RE Genius ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have regarding your data when you use elitegeniusai.com and our products (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and password hash when you sign up.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store subscription status and the last 4 digits of your card. We never see full card numbers.
  • Usage data: property searches, AI summaries generated, saved properties, and product analytics.
  • Property data you submit: addresses and notes you enter into the Analyzer or Saved Properties.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and log information.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide and improve the Service.
  • To enforce plan limits (Free vs. paid tiers).
  • To process payments and prevent fraud.
  • To send transactional emails (account, billing, security).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with sub-processors required to operate the Service: Supabase (database & auth), Stripe (payments), RentCast (public property data), and Lovable AI (AI analysis). We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing support. Stripe and accounting records may be retained as required by law.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is gated by row-level security so customers can only see their own records.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18.
